Product Overview

Nitrocell contains Azotobacter chroococcum, a free-living nitrogen fixing bacterial biofertilizer. Produces growth promoting substances like IAA, GA and cytokinins. It is used in wide range of crops.

Method of Application and Dosage

Seed Treatment :  

Take 30 ml Nitrocell and 20 ml of water for treating 1kg seeds. Air dry treated seeds and sow in the field. Nitrocell is recommended in seed beds also. If it is not given in seed bed, seedlings are dipped into Nitrocell solution and transplanted in the main fields.


Soil Drenching : 

Take 30 ml Nitrocell in 15 lit water and drench it around rhizosphere zone of plants.


Compatibility :

Nitrocell contains living organisms and is sensitive to chemical bactericides and botanical pesticides. It is synergistic and gives complementary results, if applied with organic fertilizers, manures, composts and other biofertilizers including mycorrhiza.
